As we mentioned, last week Senator Cornyn hosted “Energy Independence Days” on his website.

Now look who’s following him but Rick Noriega.

WOOOAAAAHHH the video below looks like it was filmed by a volunteer at UT:

Panhandle-Please vote Cornyn in November.

Most of what I’m hearing in the Panhandle is Cornyn. Here in Canyon, at the 4th of July Parade, there was an entry by the Randall/Potter Democrats pushing Noriega. As they passed by the crowd went silent except for some muttering. It was somewhat humorous. Thanks for stopping by my site. I just linked to you in my Blog Roll.

Mr. Noriega,
Why did you state four times in your recent trip to Midland, (and I quote)
“We must have a bold vision and move toward energy independence. We can’t rely on what Mr. Cornyn says — that somehow we’re going to drill our way out. To say that would lower fuel prices is disingenuous. We can’t even get that oil for seven or eight years.”????
Not only did you say that, you said several times, (and I quote) ” that the solution to high gasoline prices is to drill for more oil in Iraq, not in pristine American wilderness or coastal areas.”
Why are you inconsistent on your stance? Now you want to drill in America???? Why would you want to drill in Iraq and exploit the War and the people of Iraq?
I thought that you did not support the war. If you were to drill in Iraq, then who would protect the hard working labor forces drilling in Iraq if you pull out the troops?
Rick just read John Kerry’s book, “Flip/Flopping for Dummies”. Now all Rick has to worry about is that there are no “swift boaters” out there.
Also,
do you still support your vote for Texas House Bill HB 1403 that gives illegals in the country benefits to college education over American citizens?
