It took just over one year into his first term for President Obama to pass any meaningful piece of legislation.
However, will it last?
It has been reported that over 30 state attorney generals are already working to rule the law unconstitutional and void.
I hope all other state attorneys (minus California and New York) take a similar stance as Greg Abbot who has been quoted saying, “The federal health care legislation passed tonight violates the United States Constitution and unconstitutionally infringes upon Texans’ individual liberties. To protect all Texans’ constitutional rights, preserve the constitutional framework intended by our nation’s founders, and defend our state from further infringement by the federal government, the State of Texas and other states will legally challenge the federal health care legislation.”

52. This number represents the percent of Americans who do not believe Barack Obama should be re-elected in 2012.
According to a new CNN poll only 44 percent of Americans said they would vote for President Obama in 2012. What is interesting is that these numbers are LOWER than the President’s approval rating which is hovering around 50%.
The National Republican Senatorial Committee has released their latest ad, this one entitled “Can We Believe?” The ad contrasts the policies President Obama promised on the campaign trail with what he is actually doing in office.

No one is 100% happy with the economic stabilization package that passed the Senator last night but that does not mean we should take out our frustrations on historically conservative members of the Senate.
Tom Coburn, John Cornyn, Kay Bailey Hutchison. These Senators have voted some of the most conservatively of any members in recent history. We should all remember going into November that we’re fighting the politics of Obamamania. We’re fighting for conservative principles and values. We need to get behind our conservative Senators and suppor them for their vote.
Heck, even Newt’s for it. Is he a liberal?

Today our esteemed Governor Sir Rick Perry endorsed Rudolph Giuliani. Shocker? Shouldn’t be. Gov. Perry will do whatever he needs to to stay close to people with power.
