Senator Cornyn’s campaign today released a couple web videos.
One of them thanked myself and the 99 other conservative bloggers who have been blogging for the Senator throughout the election.
I say back, thank you Senator for your representation in Washington.
The other video urged Texans to get out and vote.
Remeber on Tuesday we need to re-elect Cornyn!

For those who haven’t sen it(most of you)…Rick Noriega released a new ad this morning which took aim at Senator Cornyn. The ad compares tries to link him to Jack Abramoff which is SOOOO last year.
Click his ad below:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wV13KVbcriQ
The problem is THE FACTS which are that John Cornyn has never met Jack Abramoff.
Cornyn even supported an investigation against Abramoff.
As a Texan I hope Noriega will prove this accusation true or get off his high horse. There’s no time for this kind of politics.
The campaign pointed me today to a new poll just recently taken on the Texas Senate race.
The results?
Our man John Cornyn is crushing his opponent Rick Noriega.
Cornyn 55
Noriega 40
The Cornyn campaign released a bunch of new information today about veterans….
They have a new internet advertisement up:

A really great podcast by war hero Congressman Sam Johnson

and released a list of supportive veterans from around Texas.
It’s also the first day of early voting. Some friends from work went and told me it was fairly busy.

Three weeks to go and the campaigns are frantically trying to get votes across America. Here in Texas Rick Noriega is doing all he can do to get votes:lie about John Cornyn’s record.
Hes had events with liberal Wes Clark, liberal Bill Clinton, liberal Hillary Clinton and what does he have to show for it? Just over 1 million dollars on hand. BUT WAIT. He is reporting roughly the same amount of money on hand. So what did he spend 1 million dollars on? According to newspapers he hadn’t been spending it on tv ads. We KNOW he didn’t spend it on his web ads which are a laughing stock.
So where did it all go?
Your guess is as good as mine.
Senator Cornyn’s re-election campaign keeps rolling forward as we get closer to election day.
Yesterday he scored a great endorsement by the Dallas Morning News, my favorite paper!
I will be watching this race as well as the happenings down in Texas-22 as the country gets closer to election day.

Tonight at 8 John Cornyn will take on Ricky Noriega and some libertarian whose name I don’t know.
The debate will take place in H-Town(Houston) and will begin at 8 sharp.
The campaign is encouraging supporters to leave comments to the Senator on his official campaign website.
I will for sure be tuning in and hope you will as well. Look for a recap later tonight or tomorrow

Last week the darling of the netroots, Rick Noriega, complained and moaned about Senator Cornyn’s contributions from the financial industry. He even went so far as to ask the Senator to return all the money.
Despite his nobility on the issue —this week Noriega is supposed to appear at an event with Senator’s Schumer and Clinton in South Texas. These lovable leftys are raising money for him. What do we think the chances are that he asks them to return their financial contributions? Slim to none.
Clinton infact has received the most amount of money of any Senator from the financial industry in the past 20 years….over 30 million dollars!
Hypocritical Ricky. It’s contradictions like this why he’s polling in the dumpster and he hasn’t been able to raise any money. Despite the efforts of Capitol Annex and Burnt Orange Report I have confidence that Texas will re-elect John Cornyn.

You all know by now that I am a BIG fan of BIG BAD JOHN CORNYN.
Well, yesterday he relaunched his website and boy does it look better!
The campaign also released two new advertisements.
Here’s one called “Palo Duro Canyon.”
It’s so exciting as a Republican to see us match head to head with the Democrats online. I am glad to be a part of the bloggers for Cornyn and hope any other bloggers from West Texas would consider becoming a part of the Cornyn campaign’s online effort. I can’t wait to see the rest of the ads!

Despite his “border record” and proposed tough stances on illegal immigration Rep. Rick Noriega had this to say about the freeing of wrongfully imprisioned border agents Ramos and Compean——
Oh wait-Noriega had no comment on the matter while Senator Cornyn has personally urged President Bush to take action.
